GoRead - Translate your book into 9 languages
August offers a range of new features in the service. We are now introducing AI translations to and from Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, English, German, Polish, Dutch and Bulgarian. As an author, you can now upload manuscripts and also create an AI-narrated audiobook in all of these languages. For those who already have a studio-recorded audiobook, you can now upload it and use GoRead for your distribution. We have added Audible as a sales channel for audiobooks, which has great potential for audiobooks especially in English and German.

Support for manuscripts in 9 different languages. In June, GoRead launched the ability for those with bank ID in Sweden, Denmark and Finland to use the service. Now it is possible to upload manuscripts in 9 different languages; Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, English, German, Polish, Dutch and Bulgarian. The covers are also translated and you can create an e-book, printed book and audiobook.
Create an AI-narrated audiobook in 9 different languages. You can choose one of our 6 AI voices in each language and produce AI-narrated audiobooks and distribute the audiobook and e-book to the local markets supported by Storytel, Bookbeat, Nextory and Audible. The cost is the same as before for all languages.
AI translations to and from 9 different languages. We have developed a translation process using AI that takes place in four steps: translation, extraction and separate translation of local terms such as names, places, etc., separate review of words and expressions that the AI itself is uncertain about, a linguistic review and a final agent that reasons about the linguistic review and makes well-founded decisions about which expression best fits the context. The result is really good, try it yourself on GoRead's website!
Upload your own audiobook. For those who have already recorded your audiobook in a studio, you now have the option to upload the audio file during the Audiobook step and choose to distribute the audiobook and e-book through GoRead. We currently support distribution to Storytel/Mofibo, Bookbeat, Nextory and Audible. More audiobook services will be added during the autumn. The cost to upload and distribute your own audiobook is SEK 999 (EUR 99 in Finland)
Audible as a sales channel. Your audiobooks can now reach listeners on Audible, the world's largest audiobook service, via GoRead. Audible is above all largest in English and German. So take the opportunity to translate your manuscript and create an AI-narrated audiobook in those languages to create the opportunity to take the next step in your author career.
UPCOMING
Users from more countries. We are preparing to welcome users from more countries than Sweden, Denmark and Finland during the autumn, with priority for the countries whose languages we now support.
Business account with multiple users. We are making it possible to have a business account on GoRead with multiple users and monthly invoicing. Business accounts will be approved manually based on creditworthiness and actual needs to have multiple users collaborating on individual book projects.
Expanded distribution. We hope to be able to welcome Spotify as a sales channel for audiobooks within the coming months. In addition, we plan to add a large number of sales channels during the autumn.
