Moe DeCarlo

Moe DeCarlo is known by many as the King of Love Transformation. For over 10 years he's been showing empowered women who are "successful in life, but unlucky in relationships", how to win at love by being more of their true selves and developing empathy for men. He's the founder of Elevate Above The Game. The only of it's kind personal evolution program designed for the woman of distinction who refuses to conform, comply, or compromise in her love life. With unique concepts like "The Hero Test", "Done Dating", "Settling Is Evil", and "The Emotional Intimacy Capacity", Moe breaks down the complex, and often adversarial dynamic between men and women into simple ideas and practical solutions, so they can have their Best Relationship Ever. Born a neglected only child into a dysfunctional family and absentee parents. Moe wasn't hugged or told "I love you" as a child. By his late teens, he had made up for that lack of love with a player persona that carried him through many escapades and pseudo-relationships with women. What started off as a ladies' man living the corporate lifestyle in his 20s, turned into an seemingly incurable bachelor who thought he would NEVER settle down and have a family. Through a divine sequence of events, Moe found his higher self and deeper values after nose-diving his six-figure corporate job. After 18 months of deep introspection and search for meaning, he re-awakened as his authentic self and immediately met the woman who would later become his wife on Together, they overcame and grew beyond the unconscious games and power struggles to create a lifelong relationship based on the 3P's of Partnership, Passion, and Purpose. Inspired by the deep love of his wife and daughters, Moe has dedicated his 30s and 40s to paying back the karma from his immature 20s with women, with interest. He lives in the Bay Area, CA with his beloved wife Angela, three daughters (plus one boy), two dogs, and a man cave.

Kyle Hutchins CFA

My primary background and passion in life is in investments, finance, etc...really anything related to the investing world. Self-improvement and Motivational books, quotes, articles and videos have become a huge passion of mine over the past few years. There is so much to learn and experience in life! I think one of the worst things we can do is to squander our precious time being depressed, unmotivated, and unproductive. Instead we can and should learn to love life more, take challenges in stride, be more forgiving of ourselves and others, help the less fortunate, and strive to be the exact version of you that you want to be in this world.

Michelle Johnson

Throughout my childhood I was always told I had a very creative imagination. I was drawn to stories of mythical creatures and all things that would usually give my peers the heebie geebies. Shows like Tales from the Crypt Keeper and Buffy the Vampire Slayer were among some of my favourites. I developed a strong passion for design and illustration, drawing the ideas that arose in my head and finding great excitement in bringing them to life. This led me to pursue a career in graphic design and marketing so that I could always use my creativity to the fullest. I have always loved reading and the way a compelling story would allow my mind to absorb its detailed imagery. I began to use writing as a tool to bring my creative thoughts to fruition one day, which has brought me to this moment. I'm a romantic at heart and a sucker for stories about true love which is reflected in my writing and helped bring the Oleah Chronicles to life. I hope you enjoy my first book and through it you experience the eccentric vision that began in my mind so long ago

MY WHY & MY STORY - My Dreams became my Realities “You look so much younger!” and “You look so much happier!” Ever since starting my Arbonne business just over 3 years ago, these were the compliments that I started hearing….rather than “how tired & stressed I looked!” I think back in amazement & wonderment at how being introduced to 6 vegan skin care products could change my life so profoundly!! Being able to test these Vegan certified skin care products BEFORE buying them typified the standard of excellence & confidence Arbonne exposed. For any company to survive for 36 years, shows their commitment to quality, testing, consumer awareness & integrity. In my previous life, I was a Product Developer & Marketer in the apparel industry. While the economy was good, I had great financial stability but greatly missed the ability to help others develop & reach their own potential. So on a wonderful July morning in 2013, I said good-bye employee & HELLO entrepreneur. My “Arbonne Lifeline” showed me that I could have a better, happier, safer future if I was open; I listened to those who I now call my Saviours. I “uncrossed” my arms, opened my mind & heart & listened to the possibilities of brilliant expectations!! I’m surrounded with Like Minded, Positive men & women. My husband & family are my part of WHY & are thrilled to see me smiling once again. In my heart, a significant part of my WHY is about Sharing, Educating & Mentoring others & is what I’m passionate about. Arbonne gives me the opportunity to do all of this. Timing is everything & when we are open to receiving, that’s when life happens. I felt LIBERATED at the possibilities of creating my own challenges, celebrating my successes & being proud of my OWN accomplishments as an Independent Consultant with Arbonne. Let me ask you: If you could change something about your life, what would it be? And where do you see yourself in 5 years from now? I was asked these same 2 questions. I knew how my professional life had gone in the previous 5 years & therefore knew the time had come to write the next chapter of my life. My future is now filled with my Dreams becoming my Reality…..Time Freedom & Financial Freedom! I am so thrilled to introduce myself to you all! Gay Taraby
